This is to inform all individuals, students, candidates, institutions, partners, organizations, and other stakeholders that any agreement, Memorandum of Understanding (MoU), Letter of Intent (LoI), commercial arrangement, partnership document, commitment, representation, or any other legally binding instrument purportedly executed on behalf of Magic Billion Global Skills Academy ("MBGSA"), a division of TGM Skills Pvt. Ltd., shall be deemed valid and binding upon MBGSA only if duly executed by an authorized Director of TGM Skills Pvt. Ltd. or by an officially authorized signatory expressly empowered to act on behalf of the organization.
Any communication, proposal, undertaking, commitment, assurance, or document not executed by the aforesaid authorized persons shall not create any legal, financial, operational, or contractual obligation upon MBGSA or TGM Skills Pvt. Ltd.
Prospective students, candidates, educational institutions, employers, universities, training partners, service providers, vendors, and all other stakeholders are advised to independently verify the authority of the signatory and ensure that all relevant documents have been duly executed by an authorized representative before relying upon or acting on such documents.
Magic Billion Global Skills Academy and TGM Skills Pvt. Ltd. shall not be responsible or liable for any commitments, representations, obligations, or arrangements arising from documents or communications that have not been duly authorized in accordance with the above requirements.
Stakeholders are encouraged to exercise due diligence to safeguard their interests while engaging with Magic Billion Global Skills Academy.
